Open day arranged for a class of 30 children from Beverley St. Nicholas Community Primary school. The children are currently studying rocks and soils and would enjoy the hands on, visual experience.
It also allows us to educate the children in the dangers of quarries, how we prepare the quarry for final restoration and also gives them an insight into what careers are available for them in later life.
